INDUCTION BRAZING
The induction brazing process is commonly used for applications where sizes, compositions and shapes of the parts require a specific technology.
In the induction brazing process, the heating of the parts takes place through induced currents, flowing in the parts to be assembled. Induction brazing is a process requiring filler metal : brazing paste + flux.
These parts are heated by an electromagnetic field generated by the alternative current coming from an induction coil (called inductor).
BENEFITS
- Assembling of big sized parts
- Low security risks level
- Brazing cycle in seconds
- Brazing of aluminium parts
- Accuracy in joining
- Suitable for complex shapes
TECHNAX SOLUTIONS
TECHNAX has the expertise over the complete process, from the conception of the inductors up to parameters settings. According to the applications, TECHNAX will use different power sources, with various frequencies. This complete range enables either a surface heating or a deeper heating of the parts.
We have in our laboratory different induction devices to meet customer challenges and support them in feasibility tests up to small production batches.
