An innovative assembly solution for electric mobility

At the heart of this new achievement is the hairpin stator, a technology that has become essential in the design of high-performance electric motors. Widely used in automotive applications and, more broadly, in electric mobility, this architecture optimizes power density, energy efficiency, and motor compactness.

To meet the technical requirements of this application, two complementary processes were implemented:

✔️ Laser welding: precise joining of copper hairpins with a high level of accuracy

✔️ Resistance brazing: connection of copper hairpins to the phase connector

The combination of these technologies ensures excellent joint quality while maintaining highly reliable electrical connections.
